Pricing:
We want to be very upfront. You should know what you are buying.
Our services always start with a free consultation which should take about an hour.
The fee for our services, project managing the subtrades who may be needed, sourcing new furniture, art and decor pieces as required, dressing the property for showing, preparing a lighting plan, storing or removing items as required, seeing that the property is photographed and the images posted to a private page for showing is as follows:
For a one or two bedroom condominium:
$2,500.00 plus GST.
For a three bedroom (+) condominium:
$3,000.00 plus GST.
For a one or two bedroom townhouse:
$2,500.00 plus GST.
For a three bedroom (+) townhouse:
$3,000.00 plus GST.
For a single detached house:
Property dependent.
Photographs for each room:
A base fee of between $110.00 plus tax and $220.00 plus tax to photograph the property and a price of $150.00 plus tax per room for three pictures of alternative designs.
Matterport 3D renderings, drone and video services are quoted for each project.
Additional services:
These are based on the project. Should professional repair services or a painter or other trades be required, we work to bring you the highest value in a service provider.
You as the client will pay them directly so that you know we are not marking up their services.
Their fees are their own to quote. We will only introduce you to companies we have vetted.
Terms:
We will require a fifty percent (50%) deposit against our fees to start as well as the full amount to have the space photographed.
Upon completion of any additional work by professionals and before receiving the digitally enhanced pictures we will require the balance of payment. The balance of payment will be requested when the pictures are ready and not before hand.
You as the client do have a direct responsibility to pay any sub-trades according to their payment schedules as you negotiate with them.
THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE is not in any manner, SINGULARLY, JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY, responsible for the payment of or to the subtrades and we will not pay them on your behalf or accept payment to us to be transferred on your behalf to ANY subtrade or service provider, other then those who assist us with the photography as we make a significant input into that portion of the service.
You as the client are solely responsible to pay the subtrades for their services and any other incidentals required to complete their agreements. Although we go to great lengths to ensure the quality of the companies we recommend, as it does reflect on us as a service provider, any disuptes that arise from the performance of their duties must be handled directly with that subtrade. THE FURNITURE & ART CONCIERGE cannot intervene on your behalf.
