Washing your garment is very simple.


Use a good cold water detergent that works well with printed garments.

Hang dry.  It takes longer but it is better for the image.

Clean your bottle, yoga mat and bags with hot water and soap.

All prices are for the product only, shipping is extra.  Shipping is based on the size of your order.  Printing, fulfilment and shipping of your order will take approximately two to three weeks, but is not guaranteed.  We will work to keep you informed of your order's progress.  However, certain jurisdictions may experience delivery that is faster or slower.


Pricing is for the product and shipping to a single destination of your choice in Canada and the USA.  Destinations outside these two countries may be more.  We show the ON-SALE price.  Delivery and taxes are extra.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you as the end customer notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report here immediately  >>>.

The return address is set by default to our print partner’s facility.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.  Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. Our print partner’s facility must be used as the return address, no exceptions.

Wrong Address - If you as the end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner’s facility. You as the end customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you as the end customer.

Our print partner does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - Please contact us BEFORE returning any products.

Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion.


Size exchanges to you as the end customer are done and placed solely and without exception as a new order, at your expense as the end customer. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our THE ART CONCIERGE and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore THE ART CONCIERGE and print partner reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

THE ART CONCIERGE is acting as a the designer of the garments and as a sourcing agent for the clothing materials and manufacturing.  All information we offer you is believed to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and is based on up to date information from our suppliers.  Please see our errors and omissions statement below.

It is incumbent on the client to make the final and conclusive decision to purchase based on a full understanding of the product(s) or service(s) being purchased.  Please make sure you ask all relevant questions.

The retailer/supplier is alone responsible for the quality of it's products and services and it alone warranties and guaranties its products and services.

All refunds and returns must be done under their policies of refund and return, please feel free to inquire as to the terms before purchasing to be certain you are in agreement.

THE ART CONCIERGE cannot be responsible for those policies.  THE ART CONCIERGE assumes responsibility to transmit the payment as quoted to the retailer so that your order is paid for properly.  A receipt of payment will be made once we receive confirmation, usually the same day from the retailer, that the payment has arrived.

THE ART CONCIERGE can only refund the purchase after the supplier refunds us.  However we have chosen suppliers with a strong reputation.  Please make certain you are aware of the refund period for your purchase as it is finite and cannot be extended past the time allotted by our suppliers.
